Hot Restaurant offers Hot Soup
Varanese Restaurant, 2106 Frankfort Ave., is offering complimentary White Chile and Jalepeno Cheddar Cornbread from 5-7 p.m. DAILY (closed for Super Bowl) to anyone who is without power, on the honor system, while supplies last.
“This is just a little something that we can do to help warm everyone up a bit,” says Chef John Varanese. “We’re all in this together. We lost power for awhile during the last storm. I challenge other restaurants in other neighborhoods to do the same … maybe create a free soup du jour grid around the city.”
