So I wrote my New Year Resolutions in my column this week … and I heard a rumor that one of them has been fulfilled … even before the new year! How can that be? Well, I heard from a reliable source that they’ve created a drink at Flanagan’s Ale House called The Bar Belle. I haven’t tried it yet or even confirmed the rumor … but I do hear it involves bourbon.
