What I thought could be only in my dreams is actually coming true! Debbie Gibson and Tiffany are partnering up in the Syfy movie “Mega Python vs. Gatoroid,” which airs Saturday at 9 p.m.

As many of you know, I’m a devout Debbie Gibson fan, so I hope she kicks serious Tiffany “I Sing Covers” ass! Although I’ve grown to appreciate Tiffany for all she represented in the 80s, and I even got to interview her and meet her a few years ago when she came through town for Pride, I’m still rooting for Debbie. I’d be betraying my childhood if I didn’t.

I’d kinda rather see the girls duking it out in Turkish mud or strawberry Jell-O instead of fighting with snakes and alligators, but I’ll take what I can get.
