Today’s Reason To Drink


I had the most amazing drink this weekend at the new Diamond in the Highlands (formerly known as Jillian’s). Since it’s so new, there wasn’t a name for it. So I helped bartender Ben coin it the “Seasick.” It’s a pint of cider on draft — they had Woodchuck — with a shot of Sailor Jerry’s rum in it, served with some ice. It was sooooo delicious, that you should find a place at lunch to order one. It was like a vanilla biscuit exploded  in my mouth.
