Well, I have reached that point. The point when you see pictures of yourself and cringe. Why did I let myself go? A reduction of beer and cheese consumption has been mandated. I’m going to try out these green coffee bean pills. And I’m going to eat cereal for dinner (on nights I don’t go out). Plus my training for the Triple Crown needs to start, so I’ll be exercising on weekends. Gasp! Why oh why does beer make you fat?? God fucked up that one.
