Not sure if you’re tired of hearing about my dumb diet, but just wanted to keep you updated. The first week I lost 5 pounds. Now I’m into the second week and am getting increasingly hungry and hangry. But I will carry on … I’ve got a looooonnnngggg way to go to reach my goal.
I was thinking about manipulating my diet a bit when it comes to drinking and calling it the Sidecar Diet. I was originally abstaining from beer of all shapes and sizes, and then I realized there were more carbs in my wine than in a Michelob Ultra!
So I think I’ll sip on a couple Ultras while I enjoy a bourbon sidecar. Sounds simple enough, and I get to enjoy the two spirits I love. I’ll keep you updated. Obviously the diet could go down in flames by adding beer … but we shall see.
