I got to taste the rye back in November or December when I visited the distillery in Versailles, Ky. It was spicy, robust and flavorful, indeed. It’s the kind of drink you sip on after a hard day’s work … or if you’re catching up with friends on a Saturday afternoon and it’s snowing outside and you’re preparing for a mean game of Cards Against Humanity.
