Benjamin, Salomon and Hallahan

It’s never a bad day when you start out tasting barrels with a chef, a musician and a lawyer. Got to tag along as Chef Bobby Benjamin and his partners — Patrick Hallahan (of My Morning Jacket) and attorney Jon Salomon — selected their restaurant’s own single barrel of Old Forester.

The Butchertown Grocery (in the former spot of The Blind Pig and Meat) opens on Nov. 25.
