Last week I took a field trip to Shelbyville to check out a new bourbon and spirits distillery being constructed. I met up with a couple members from the friendly and excited Nethery family — Joyce and Autumn — who gladly showed me around the construction site.
What’s kinda cool is they’ll be using an heirloom corn that goes by the name of Bloody Butcher in their products, which will include a vodka and moonshine. Read the full story here.
