Last night, while sipping the new Old Forester Birthday Bourbon and Whiskey Row release, I stumbled upon this weird appetizer. Was it a caramel? Was it cheese? Was it something I had to try?
Of course I snatched one up to find out, and discovered there is such a thing as caramel cheese — caramel goat cheese to be exact. I fell in love within one swallow. Wait … that doesn’t sound right. Let’s just say I really liked it and would never spit it out. Does that help?
