Attention all glassware hoarders (I mean collectors): Flanagan’s Ale House will be giving out the coveted Hobgoblin beer mug tonight at its Pint Night at 8 p.m. It’ll come served with Wychwood Hobgoblin, a dark beer brewed with chocolate and crystal malts.

It’s said to have a chocolate/toffee malt flavor with a slight bitterness and overall fruity, mischievous character. Hmm … OK then. These mugs make great chili bowls, and with that little guy peeking over the rim, it’s like you’re not eating/drinking alone.

The other beer at Pint Night, which will be tapped at 7, is the tried and true Bell’s Two Hearted Ale. That comes with the standard pint glass, which I have way too many of.
