In case you missed it at Insider Louisville, here’s my piece on Lola bartender/beverage director Nic Christiansen.

I got to try her concoctions last week when I went to check out the newly transformed upstairs bar at Butchertown Grocery, which they’re calling Lola.

She’s a cool chick who knows her shit. And she likes bourbon.
