Knock, knock.

Spent the afternoon at the Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, Ky., yesterday tasting the new Bookers release with master distiller Fred Noe and a handful of retired cops who like to ride motorcycles. It was one of the most random days I’ve had, and it also was a blast getting to hear so many stories about Booker Noe and his biker buddies.

Plus, Bookers is delicious, and this new batch is going to be amazing.
